It is the responsibility of Austrain Academy to:
Implement quality assurance strategies (including monitoring third party/subcontracting arrangements)
Determine the most suitable training product from the prospective of meeting the training needs of the individual learner
Provide accurate information and advice to learners
Market and promote the training product
Monitor marketing material
Manage enrolments
Administer fees and additional costs (if applicable) and refunds
Develop and issue and maintain the Training Plan
Issue Certificates, Qualifications or Statements of Attainment
Ensure appropriate assistance and support is provided to the student
Provide and validate appropriate training and assessment resources, tools and strategies
Provide learners with opportunities for RPL
Provide credit for prior studies
Engage with industry
Employ skilled trainers and assessors with appropriate qualifications and experience
Manage transition of superseded training products
Provide secure certification
Participate in the student identifier (USI) scheme
Manage complaints and appeals
Ensure authorised executive officers are in place
Assess financial viability risk
Hold public liability insurance
Gather client feedback for continuous improvement
Provide accurate information about performance and governance
Provide requested information to ASQA & TSNSW
Report data at required milestones to TSNSW and ASQA, NCVER etc as per Data Requirements for RTO’s
Make an annual declaration on compliance with the Standards
Comply with legislative and regulatory requirements
It is the responsibility of Cabra Vale Diggers to:
Implementation of Training and Assessment Strategy/ies
Input into contextualisation of training and assessment resources and property to suit industry / venue
Provide learners with opportunities for RPL
Learner support
Employ skilled trainers and assessors (provide supervision of trainers as required)
Participate in validation activities
Implement quality assurance strategies
Market and promote the training product
Hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance
Gather client feedback for continuous improvement activities
Provide accurate information about performance and governance
Provide requested information to ASQA & TSNSW
Comply with legislative and regulatory requirements
In the event Cabra Vale Diggers is unable to fulfill its obligations for any reason, Austrain Academy will provide the agreed services for students wishing to continue their qualification.
